OCS Boats

• If boats are OCS, i.e. on the course side of the line at the start, the RC raises one of these flags.

			Individual recall. Only the OCS boats need to start again.
			General recall. The whole fleet needs to start again.

• The individual recall flag is accompanied by one sound signal.
• The general recall flag is accompanied by two sound signals.
