Wind conditions on Lac Deschenes
Last 24 hours

On the wind direction graph, the center of the circle is the oldest reading for the data series, and the outer circle is the newest reading (indicated on the right of the speed graph). So each time interval is represented by a successively larger concentric circle. For example, the wind direction at a time halfway between the newest and the oldest reading is found halfway between the center of the circle and the outer ring.

Thus by following the direction line out from the centre of the circle, you can easily see trends in the wind direction over the sample period.

The wind speed graph data represents average and peak speeds captured over five minute intervals.

Raw data and historical representations are available for download at the National Capital Freenet.
